The Initial Letter- Section 1
I can not believe I have made it to junior year. Looking back, I can remember so vividly my days on zoom logging into the first leadership meeting ever. This year, however, I recognize that I am a new person, with new responsibilities and feelings going into junior year. I admit I am very, very excited for this year in leadership. I am excited to be in an officer position this year, core camp showed a lot of promise moving into this school year, and I am expecting to be the best person I can be for myself first, but the people around me as well. Moving into my junior year is a big step, but I am anxious to step into my role as the junior class admin. I understand that this is a big responsibility, but I am looking forward to working with the other officers to make this year great. Being able to plan events such as prom, homecoming, and winter fest is incredibly exciting, and something I have been looking forward to. I am eager to plan events in advance and maximize organization for this year, as junior year tends to be much more difficult and rigorous. Being organized and planned well ahead is something I value, which makes moving into this year seem less intimidating. The core camp was also an experience that I am very grateful for. Never being able to go to Core Camp at UCSC was something that I never knew I was missing out on. I am very excited, about coming off of core camp for this year and everything we have learned within our class. During core sessions, our class bonded and came to understand each other on a deeper level which I think will have a significant impact on our cooperation and functionality this year. Also at core camp, during job sessions I was able to work and collaborate with other Admins from other high schools, as well as Ripon High School to learn more about the job specifically and what responsibilities Administrators oversee. This was a great experience, in which I was able to learn a lot from and collaborate with others, which I found incredibly valuable. Finally, I have been able to reflect recently on my life and who I am. I am looking forward to focusing on myself during my junior year and really making myself the best person I can be. I am trying to get everything done while still keeping a balance with my friends, family, and self-care. I am excited about learning more and becoming a more well-rounded student and a kinder human to the people in my life. Balance and change are two things that I wish to accomplish in my junior year, and they are two things that I hope to carry with me through the rest of my life.
Part 1: Favorite Quotes- Section 2
The first quote means a lot to me because recently I have been focusing on being happy with life the way it is. Not hoping it would be something different or trying to chage it, but being happy in the moment and appreciating life for what it is. Everyday, I strive to find the positive in everything I do. Life is meant to be fun and happy, obviously there will always be problems and sadness, but if I can choose happiness, I do.
|
The second quote has an impact on my daily life because I think that finding a way to make our midnsets more positive is very important. Looking out on life and only ever seeing the bad things is detrimental to our health and our characters. By making an effort to look out and see purpose in life, people will be able to find so much more happiness and contentment out of their lives. Life has so much more to offer than only the negative.
|
This quote is very important when it comes to life, but more specifically career, school, and success. I think that many people get caught up in the big picture when it comes to being successful. But a lot of success is what we put into it, and good things take time and trust that hard work will pay off. So by being patient and putting effort into things, we can become more successful and become more forgiving with ourselves.

Part 2: Quote- Section 3
"Today is never too late to be brand new"- Taylor Swift (Innocent)
I chose this quote to describe myself as a leader this year because I think that this year was brand new and did truly reflect that I reinvented myself in terms of leadership. Before this year, I never really thought I would go onto do anything bigger than a class job. I didn't have the confidence in myself to be able to reach further than I thought I could go. This quote represents the effort I put into this class because I think that it captures being "brand new". This means working harder than I have before, spending more time on leadership, caring about leadership A LOT more, and finding a place that I think is much better than before within leadership. I am not a perfect person, but I think this year I became so much more confident with myself and being in leadership. I began to realize this year that I am not an outcast, even though it felt like that the first two years, leadership can be a place that I can learn and feel apart of. As a leader, this quote means being more than just breaking bad habits, it means I stepped way out of my comfort zone and was able to do something that I never thought I would be able to do. This quote can impact future students in this course because it can help them realize that anything can happen. It can also teach them that they are not confined to one "thing". People can truly do what they want to do as long as they work hard and are passionate enough. This quote is impactful to me because this year, it came true. I saw something that I thought should change, so I decided to change it. This quote means that no matter how quiet, shy, or scared you might be, you can always become something you never thought you could be. This could be for anything, sports, leadership, or life. Whatever it is, this quote helps prove that the only thing stopping you from doing what you truly want to do, is you.
Reflection is important because it helps us understand why we do and think the things we do. Reflection helps us think about what our life is, and what purpose our minds serve in our lives. A simple statement like this quote can have the biggest impact on the future because it proves that with motivation and work, anybody can do what they once thought they couldn't. It can help break mindsets, change perspectives, and change the trajectory of our lives, if only we are brave enough to commit and become brand new.

Part 1: Goals- Section 4
2 Leadership goals:
1. Always have a healthy lifestyle and maintain positive relationships with my friends and family.
2. Find contentment with my career/life and find success with what job I choose to pursue.
- Become more comfortable with my position and be able to manage the work and get paperwork done on time from here on out.
- Work with my team and include the other Juniors in decisions.
- Earn a 4.3+ GPA and stay on top of my grades the whole school year while still being involved in school events and games.
- Continue to PR and achieve personal success within cross country and track.
1. Always have a healthy lifestyle and maintain positive relationships with my friends and family.
2. Find contentment with my career/life and find success with what job I choose to pursue.
Part 2: Goals- Section 5
2 Leadership goals:
1. Since this is a lifetime goal, this is hard to measure. I do not know how my relationships will be in the future. This year however I have learned a lot about relationships. I learned about vulnerability, being patient, communication, and the importance of having people in your life to support you and make you feel good about being you. I have learned so much and I am looking forward to only learning more as life unfolds.
2. This year I became more confident in my choice about what I want to do. I think I want to be a lawyer of some sort, but I will always keep exploring new opportunities and ways to learn and expand my horizons. I also decided I do not want to be content with my life. I think that my life should be spent living doing something exciting and something that will keep me learning, changing, and experiencing new things. Being content simply means I have given up on making my life different. I want to be happy and satisfied, but I also want to always keep myself going and not giving up on changing myself for the better!
- Over the course of this year, I became comfortable with paperwork and I improved only efficiency with paperwork as well. I had some bumps in the road and made some mistakes, but I tried my best to learn from them and tried my best to not repeat mistakes I had made. While I might not be perfect, I did my best to keep track of everything and I worked on learning from other in order to be the best admin I could for the Junior Class.
- Well, this year I worked with my team. Although this year took an unexpected turn, it worked out. With all decisions and discussions before the bigger events, the Junior Officers invited the other juniors to meetings to get their opinion before the events took place. We also delegated responsibilities to the other Juniors in leadership so that they could help and help increase ownership of the junior class.
- I did my best this year. For the first semester, I met this goal and we are yet to see the final result of the second semester. I did go to more games and I supported the sports teams more than I ever had before! I am happy that I went to so many games and was able to be able to be more outgoing.
- This goal was tough to meet, I have not PRd this year. In cross country, the closest I came was a 20:20, not that great. I was disappointed, but I understand and I will not beat myself up for something that happened in the past. I am happy with how I did in cross country and I can not help if my success is not always stellar in all aspects of my life, I have to celebrate positives where they come and accept when some parts of my life do not go the way I would want them to. As for track, I cannot speak on that topic because we still have a long season ahead, but I am looking forward to the rest of it!

Part 2: People Magazine Article- Section 7
Written in the future tense:
Jenna Skavdahl was interviewed today about her ambitions, dreams, and goals. We can not wait to share her insight with you all.
In the interview, Skavdahl was asked about her interests and her lifestyle as she leads a busy life as an environmental lawyer. She said that her main interests for when she has free time are running, spending time with her friends and family, and spending her free days traveling. Skavdahl notes that running has always been one of her favorite pastimes, as she spent all four years of high school running cross country and track. Even in her adult life, Jenna loves to spend time with her loved ones, make new friends, and make memories with people she enjoys spending time with. She values people and relationships with her friends, which is something that inspired her to have a job that always allows her to be surrounded by people, whether she agrees with them or not. Jenna believes that people are very powerful, and she greatly values them. As for traveling, Jenna has always been fond of traveling, even when she was very young with her family. As a young girl, her goal was to go to all 50 states before she graduated high school. With the help of her amazing parents, she was able to reach that goal. She has always loved traveling and experiencing new cultures, so it is no surprise that she continues to travel around the world whenever she can. She always loves to see new places in nature, and admires the beauty that Mother Earth has given to the human race.
Jenna Skavdahl deeply values doing her part in helping other people and the planet. In this regard, her job as an environmental lawyer is perfect, and fits Skavdahl very well. She shares with us, “My fifth grade teacher, Mr. Martin, helped me to find my voice in regards to the environment. He opened my eyes to the many problems the world is facing today, and inspired me to advocate for Planet Earth and the health of the place everyone is fortunate enough to call home,” During this interview, Jenna shared the background behind her passion for helping the environment. Skavdahl also shared that ever since she was young, she has wanted to make the world a better place by helping as many people as she can. She has achieved her goal in her adult life by volunteering at various homeless shelters and dedicating some of her time to starting a “Women in Running” club. She loves getting women involved in a sport that sometimes people find to be male dominated. Through this club, she helps women learn about proper running, healthy nutrition, and hydration. She also offers help for women suffering from anxiety, eating disorders, and women's health. Jenna hopes that she can always offer a safe place for women to be themselves and be successful in whatever they hope to achieve.
When asked if Jenna Skavdahl is fulfilled by the life she has built for herself, she responded by saying, “I am very fulfilled by my life, I used to think I would never find happiness when I was in my teenage years because I felt I never truly knew who I was, but I have proved my younger self wrong. By appreciating the small things in life, loving people for who they are, and staying true to myself and who I want to be, I have been able to achieve my goals and continue to work towards meeting new ones.”

Role Model- Section 8
One of my biggest role models in my life has been my mom, Laura Skavdahl. She, more than anyone, I believe has helped to shape me into the person I am today. I love my mom so much, and I am so grateful for everything she has done for our family, given me, and every time she has been the person I turn to when I need people most. My mom has been a person I know I can come to anytime, whether it be day or night for advice, comfort, or someone to talk to. My mom has seen me at my highest highs and lowest lows, and there is nothing I don't trust her with.
Our relationship has never been bad, but it has gotten stronger over the last few years. As I have gotten older, I have stopped seeing my mom as a "mom," and seen her more as a mentor, sister, and best friend. From driving around, cooking dinner for the family, or laying on the couch for hours with her, I know that with my mom, I will have fun and never feel like I wasted time. Even the smallest moments talking to my mom are always well spent because I feel as though she genuinely cares about everything I say and do, unlike some people in my life. My mom makes me feel validated and like a real person, which I really appreciate. My mom works so hard, as a mom, administrator, and friend to all, she is always caring for someone else before herself. She is so caring, which is something I will always look up to. She has so much passion for what she does, which is something I will always remind myself to have. She reminds me of what high standards are, and how to have the right balance of work and fun in life. She has taught me so much about life, and how to find balance in the craziness of it all. In addition, she has taught me to always be kind and lead with my head, which still keeping in mind other people. Something that I love most about my mom is how real she is. I know that whatever I am going through, my mom can empathize and relate to my emotions to make them feel more real. She helps me through everything and I couldn't imagine a day without her. Even the little things she does, I love. When she texts me throughout the day checking in, reminding me that she loves me during hard times, or simply giving me a hug when she knows I need one, makes all the difference in the world for my mood and emotions. I could never imagine how different my life would be without a role model like her. She has taught me how to work hard, live with bravery, pride, and joy, taught me how to be happy when the world seems scary, how to beat anxiety and hate, be kind always, how to overcome fears, and so much more. I will always look up to my mom. She is so kind, patient, and loving, I wish that I could be even a fraction of the person she is. I love you, mom. |
Inner Animal... - Section 9
If I had to choose one animal that I think encapsulates my being, I think it would be a meerkat. This does not seem like a very flattering animal. However, meerkats are actually incredibly fascinating animals. They are organized, confident, and social creatures. All of these characteristics, I do believe I have. I strive to always be on of my game, by staying on schedule, making check lists, and being on time for events. We try our best to always be organized, which is something meerkats and I have in common. In addition, meerkats are confident in their being and personality, which is something I have been working on being better at recently. I have worked on being more confident in many situations. In this case, meerkats and I are similar once again. Finally, meerkats are social creatures. I have found recently that being social and outgoing in situations can be very beneficial. Instead of being shyer than I once was, I have changed to be more outgoing, talkative, and social, more frequently. I have found that I often get energy from being with others more often than I thought I did. I enjoy being in the presence of other people, which is yet another similarity meerkats and I have in common. I admire the similarities between the animal kingdom and humanity sometimes, and I find it fascinating how much more similar we are to other mammals.

Part 1: The Best Things About Me- Section 10
Part 2: The Impact of Sound & Words- Section 11
Song Name: Midnight Rain, by Taylor Swift
Lyrics: Rain, he wanted it comfortable I wanted that pain He wanted a bride I was making my own name Chasing that fame He stayed the same All of me changed like midnight My town was a wasteland Full of cages, full of fences Pageant queens and big pretenders But for some, it was paradise My boy was a montage A slow-motion, love potion Jumping off things in the ocean I broke his heart 'cause he was nice He was sunshine, I was midnight rain He wanted it comfortable I wanted that pain He wanted a bride I was making my own name Chasing that fame He stayed the same All of me changed like midnight It came like a postcard Picture perfect, shiny family Holiday, peppermint candy But for him it's every day |
So I peered through a window
A deep portal, time travel All the love we unravel And the life I gave away 'Cause he was sunshine I was midnight rain He wanted it comfortable I wanted that pain He wanted a bride I was making my own name Chasing that fame He stayed the same All of me changed Like midnight Rain, he wanted it comfortable I wanted that pain He wanted a bride I was making my own name Chasing that fame He stayed the same All of me changed Like midnight I guess sometimes we all get Just what we wanted, just what we wanted And he never thinks of me Except when I'm on TV I guess sometimes we all get Some kind of haunted, some kind of haunted And I never think of him Except on midnights like this (midnights like this) |
I think that Midnight Rain represents who I am because it talks about pushing ourselves and moving on to better things when we know it is best. I have found that a lot of times, I can't stay stagnant with many things because I want to continue to push myself, which some people can't do. In the song, Swift mentions this, she says, "Rain, he wanted it comfortable, I wanted that pain, He wanted a bride, I was making my own name," I feel I really resonate with these lyrics because often times, I feel like I do not want to do things because I want to continue to be myself and unattached to anybody or anything else. Commitments that I feel will limit my ability to push myself and be successful are a big worry of mine, and I think that this song captures that feeling perfectly. I hope to always be able to push myself and my myself better, regardless for anything else that may hinder that experience.
"He stayed the same, all of me changed, like midnight." |

What I like Best About Being a Member of Leadership- Section 13
This year has been filled with amazing, stressful, fun, and rewarding moments so far. I have so many memories from this year within leadership. One of my favorites took place before the school year even started. At core camp, we had to do a dance/skit infant of the whole camp. This was definitely a "core" memory. Almost the entire leadership class came together to represent Ripon High and celebrate an awesome time at camp. This was so much fun and I am so grateful to have been part of such a memorable time in leadership. My second favorite moment in leadership was during Homecoming. It was the weekend before the big week and Lucia, Alizeh, Ava B, and I had spent countless hours working on the poster, lemonade stand, and all of the other events we had to put on. We were quite literally on our last straw. We were driving to our lip sync practice and we had the best discussions. We talked, laughed, cried, and worked. I remember laughing so hard while talking about elementary school, hobbies, and other things that we found funny that I nearly couldn't breathe. This was such a memorable drive/moment simply because we were all so tired, yet motivated to get everything done. It was spending so many hours with such amazing people that made this week so memorable and fun, as much as Homecoming was stressful and difficult, it was also rewarding and brought me so much closer to these people who I am so grateful for. Finally, a different moment or memory of leadership that I am grateful for has been, and will continue to be, working with some of my best friends. Whether we are working during a workday, outside of school, or during events, I always know that I am surrounded by likeminded people who care about what we are all working on. I couldn't imagine not being in this class where I feel supported as much as I do. There are so many amazing people and personalities who I admire in this class and I am so grateful that I have been apart of this class for as long as I have. I can always count on laughing and having fun while learning in this class, no matter what the project or task is.
A Reflection of a Peer in Leadership- Section 14
Lucia is one of the best people I have ever met. Before sophomore year, I didn't really know who she was at all. Since she has been in leadership and I have gotten to know her through track, I couldn't imagine leadership without her. She is one of the most helpful, confident, funny, and understanding people I know. Making jokes about track, my brother, apple chips, or leadership with her never fails to put me in a much better mood than I was in before. I know that no matter what I say, we usually agree and can find efficient, effective solutions to nearly any issue. She is the perfect person to get work done with, crack jokes with, or tell virtually anything. Even if she doesn't, Lucia seems to understand where I am coming from and never gets mad or annoyed when I sound irritated or upset, rather, she understands the situation and does her best to make sure it works out. As stressful as leadership may get, she is always there to lend a hand and help out, even if she is not required to do so. There are so, so many examples of this, but one of my favorites was when we were creating the giant bleacher poster for Winterfest. First, she offered to work on the poster at her grandpa's shop, then, the two of us sketched out the entire poster and most of the details. We finalized the idea and got it all set up, ready to paint in minimal time; Or during Homecoming, she, Ava B. and I were the only ones to make it until 11 and finish our window decorations. There have been so many instances in which Lucia and I have been forced to work together in order to get a job done, but I wouldn't change that ever. It is one of my favorite leadership tropes, and working with her is always productive, forgiving, and fun. I could not imagine having a better person as Junior Class Publicity Officer for our class, or a better friend to have in leadership. I appreciate her honesty, understanding, and relatability. Everyone could benefit from being around Lucia!

What I Love To Do...- Section 16
I love many things. When it comes to hobbies though, I tend to be all over the place. Of course, I love spending time with my friends and family, that is my favorite hobby that I need almost daily. However, when I am alone is when I really get to do all my hobbies that don't include spending quality time with other people.
I love taking pictures of the sky and looking into the night sky. I have always loved space and the mystery of the universes that we will never discover. I love learning about these mysteries as I find it comforting to know there is more to life than just what we know of now. I love to be outside during the sunset and sunrises because I think it is amazing to be able to see the Earth at such a changing state. Although they go by quickly, the beginning and ends of the day are some of my favorite times to be outside!
|
Reading has always been a favorite hobby of mine ever since I was young. School sometimes does interfere with being able to read as much as I would like. That being said, whenever there is a break from school, whether it be spring, summer, or winter break, I usually take some of that time to read as many books as I can. I love to read realistic fiction. Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors, my mom showed me a few of her books and I haven't looked back since.
|
I love to listen to music in my free time. My favorite singer and songwriter is Taylor Swift. I have loved her ever since I was young, listening to her with my babysitter's daughters. I wanted to be just like then as a very young three year old. Now, I am how old they were when their children are about 3 years old. Taylor Swift has been there through everything in my life, her music is a guiding light in times of uncertainty or big milestones.

Letter to Parents- Section 17
Dear Mom and Dad,
Hi, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me all my life. You have such a beautiful way of living and raising me, which I am so grateful for. You have always been the best parents anyone could ever ask for. From coaching Brett and me when we were younger to taking us anywhere and everywhere to expose us to the world and teaching us how to be kind, I am so grateful for everything you have done. I would not be the person I am today without your constant love and parenting. I know that raising tow kids can be difficult, but if there were challenges, you both made sure we were taken care of and hardly knew of anything that was going on. You both work so hard for this family. I am so thankful to have had role models like you to show me the ropes of this world. You taught us to always work hard, do our best, be the best people we can be, and always be kind to other people. There is nothing more important in this world than being kind and how we are with other people. You both have done so much for our family, and no matter what, you have been amazing role models and the most supportive people in my life. Whether I messed up or failed, you both were always there to do what was right, either help me back on my feet, or help me find it within myself to learn and bounce back on my own. You have prepared me for life beyond Ripon and have helped me create m own opinions, even if we don't agree on small things, you never make me feel silenced or like my opinion doesn't matter. Biggest of all, you both always love us. Your love is truly unconditional. Thank you so much for everything, I love you both so much. Love, Jenna Skavdahl |
Your True Legacy General Advice The Letter- Section 18
Dear future Junior Class Admin,
Hi Sofia! I hope you are doing well! I am very excited for you to become next year's Junior Class Admin! You are a great fit for this position and I am sure you will pick it up super quickly. This position is pretty simple, the biggest part is always listening to your classmates and voicing your opinion! You have a lot of work to do all the time, but stay organized with everything and you will do great. Of course, paperwork is also a large part of this job, but with your experience with link crew, I am sure you know how to do your job and do it well. You will learn a lot with this job and will be very familiar with Davina's office. If I could have done anything differently as Junior Class Admin, I would have tried to remember to take photos of all the purple forms. Usually I did this, but sometimes I did forget. This is very important for procedure forms and recollection of what forms were filled out for and what to order. I am sure you won't have an issue, but it is always important to remember to do. Being a class officer also comes with its perks. You get to have a more valued opinion about HOCO and you are able to work with the other officers to make class competitions better. You will do great, and I am so excited that you are a Junior Admin next year. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, I am more than happy to help you out. :)
P.S. We have done the same things each year from freshman rep to Link crew to Junior admin, just something I realized lol.
Sincerely,
Jenna Skavdahl
The Professional- Section 21
One aspect of professional development that I had enjoyed learning about was time management. This is a very valuable and necessary lesson if leaders and people want to be successful in their lives. For this lesson, as a leadership class, we broke down what takes up our time and priority. We evaluated what is important to us and broke down how we spend our time. Simple changes can make a great difference in the effectiveness of out lives in being successful. We completed a worksheet that allowed us to reflect on how we spend our time and reflect on how we can change our habits to better our lives. In the words of David Wang's TED Talk, "If you don't have time for something, that just means it is not a priority." I particularly loved this quote because I thought that it was a valid way of thinking, and helps emphasize that we can truly do anything we want to if we put fourth enough time and effort to actually get it done.

The second lesson that I liked learning about was conflict management. We covered this with a lecture, reading activity, and homework quiz. We reviewed the best ways to deal with conflict on relationships, both personal and professional. These skills are especially useful in leadership, in which emotions are wild, we are all tired, and stressed about a number of issues. Being able to resolve conflict before it overflows and becomes worse is a skill that is very important and can always be improved by everyone, including leaders. We learned skills like how to use body language, how to communicate clearly in times of high tension, and how our words can harm other people. Our communication strategies, both verbal and nonverbal can have a very large impact on our relationships.

Change- Section 22
One problem that occurred for me personally this year in leadership was holding other people to a higher standard than they knew to put forward. This year, I had tried to see the best in some people when they were doing the wrong thing repeatedly. I felt as though I was never achieving my goals because I was never meeting the expectation that I had for myself or an event that I was in charge of. I became very frustrated and upset because nothing seemed to work out as smoothly as it should have in my mind. This failure to meet an expectation is both within myself personally and within leadership as a class. For example, when the freshman used window paint for the window decorations, this is not their fault, but it reflected the lack of expectations that were set for homecoming and other events.
A change that I plan to make for next year will hopefully make sure that this issue does not happen again for next year's class. Sometimes, it is not clear what the expectation is for this program. The change that could help sway this would be a presentation at the beginning of the school year, or at the training session over the summer. I plan to make a presentation with what homecoming activities, paperwork, and work in leadership is supposed to look like. This presentation will show homecoming decorations for the spirit days, new ideas, how to do paperwork properly, and the other simple how-tos of being in the leadership program and leading the student body. Being a member in leadership is more than just what the school sees. This program is about representing yourself, being a responsible individual, and being a hardworking person for something bigger than yourself. Expectations next year will hopefully be met and carried on further in order to ensure the strength and integrity of the leadership program.

The Ideal Leader- Section 23
The ideal leader can look very different depending on different factors. The Ideal Leader however is someone who is always dedicated, passionate, hard working, and open minded. Leaders, especially at Ripon High serve many different purposes and all have different roles within the leadership class. However, these four attributes remain constant and are required in order to do well and serve the student body to the fullest potential. The ideal leader should hold themselves to high standards and not want to let down members of their team. They should be hardworking and putting their best foot forward in the class, regardless of the state of the class or their personal conflicts within the leadership class. A leader should be able to get past issues and not let drama hold them back from doing their best. An ideal leader should represent themselves well and respect other individuals without being rude or causing issues with everything that they do, inside and outside of leadership, for this is very telling of a person's true character. Leaders should be mature and conduct business in a professional manner. Image matters, as leaders should be professional when required and remember that everything they do and say is reflective of every group that they belong and represent. Additionally, this student should have no missing work. Leaders should be able to put school first and focus each day on making themselves better and holding themselves to a high standard and maintaining excellence in all aspects of their lives. This comes down to effort and care, if you don't care, you will not be able to do basic work, but people who are willing to put in effort to school make great leaders because caring carries over to all aspects of life! Finally, the ideal leader should be kind. Being kind and leading with compassion is not as difficult as people make it out to be. Simply thinking of others and their feelings is crucial when leading an inclusive and positive culture. People should to be malicious in their actions. Leaders should be respectful and kind when leading groups of people, for aggression and anger is not accepted well by groups and negative for a general culture and class.
